You must have an authorization number from us before sending back the dress. Write down the authorization number and include it with the package you are returning. 2. Item(s) must be returned in original condition. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. All dresses must be returned in new, never-worn condition with all original tags attached. 3. When we receive your package we will process the return within 3-5 business days. We will process the return within 10 business days. You will receive a store credit promo code for the total price (minus the shipping cost) to be used toward another purchase. The code is valid for 90 days from issue date.Return PolicyWe inspected each dress to confirm the correct style, colour, and size. We also inspect all the beading, embroidery, the hems and seams as well before we dispatch your dress. Colour Differences: All our dresses are the same colour as shown in the website photos .
